“Borlas” absorbs the creator of systems based on “1C”

Borlas Group of Companies acquired a 25.01% share of the Edith Pro integrator. As part of the deal, the companies created a digital transformation center based on 1C. He will be engaged in the implementation of corporate projects using software products based on the 1C platform, their information security, as well as the construction and support of the IT infrastructure of large customers.

As it became known to CNews, the integrator of business applications of the Borlas Group of Companies acquired 25.01% of the authorized capital of the integrator of systems based on 1C – Edith Pro. During 2022 Borlas plans to increase its share first to 50.1%, then to 74.99%. Representatives of “Edith Pro” told CNews about this. As the president of Borlas told CNews Alexey Ananyin, the acquisition of a stake is associated with the strategic direction of the company’s development – strengthening the practice and replenishing the product portfolio on the 1C platform.

After completing the deal, the companies created a Digital Transformation Center based on the 1C platform on the basis of their existing specialized divisions. He will deal with corporate projects using software products based on the 1C platform.
