Russian annual conference entitled INTEKPROM ENERGY & AUTOMATION 2021 on Energy Efficient Technologies and Automation Tools in the Food Industry will be held on November 24, 2021 in St. Petersburg.
The event brings together leading experts in power engineering, chief executive and technology officers of industrial enterprises in Russia and neighboring countries, representatives of research centers, consulting companies and industry associations.
This year, the conference will discuss the prospects for digital transformation of the food industry, verification of savings in energy service contracts, the commercial Internet of Things and many others.
Demo area at the Borlas booth will present an opportunity for conference visitors to learn about the company's in-house development—Energy Efficiency hardware and software complex.
The solution is designed to monitor the parameters of power consumption in real time and reduce the active power consumption. It also provides for better energy efficiency.
According to an independent survey by SUE NIIMosstroy center for efficient use of energy resources, the Energy Efficiency complex provide for:
- ~17% reduction in input current
- ~31% of phase imbalance compensation
- ~10% reduction in inrush current
- ~11.6% of power savings
- ~18.9% reduction in apparent power
- ~77% of reactive power compensation
- ~41% reduction in higher current harmonics
The return on investment for the implementation varies from 12 months to two years, depending on the facility operating mode.
At the Borlas booth, the company's experts will reveal the strengths of BRAMS software on the example of a project run by Tambov Bacon LLC (ROS AGRO PLC) to automate their quality control and audit procedures.
BRAMS was originally designed for maintenance and repair management purposes. In the course of the project, it was supplemented with business quality control functionality. That way, the customer could identify non-conformities in real time and prepare corrective measures at the place of audit, as well as had control over their implementation.
The event features a discussion with speakers who have an extensive experience in working with food industry enterprises. They will explain the technical side of new products.
Borlas Group's integrated solution for quality management and power efficiency in the food industry will be presented by:
- Leonard Redkin, Deputy Technical Director of Digital Systems Department, Borlas Group
- Sergey Karatygin, Chief Analyst, Doctor of Technical Sciences, member of the International Academy of System Studies (IASS)
