  • Assessing the effectiveness of the existing physical security system;
  • Formation of recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of the security system and optimizing resources (security equipment and personnel).

As part of the terms of reference, Borlas Group audited the physical protection of the enterprise. The degree of compliance was assessed, which included: analysis of the requirements of regulatory documents and processes, arrangements for guard duty and technical security. Threat level compliance was analyzed, including the identification and ranking of threats, the search for object vulnerabilities, risk assessment and the degree of enterprise security. Borlas experts provided an assessment of the effectiveness of measures to ensure physical protection using modeling of the development of events, expert review of organizational support, including functional analysis, collection of information on the organizational structure and the standard number of personnel.

Project results

  • Developing a list of recommended measures to ensure security and improve the anti-terrorist protection of protection sites;
  • Using audit results to:
    • Develop and update certificates, security plans and other regulatory documents;
    • Assess the effectiveness of previously implemented security measures;
    • Develop technical specifications, carry out design work;
    • Prepare feasibility studies and action plans to improve the security of the enterprise;
    • Update information about the security status of sites for the company management.
