Developing strategy for the implementation of an integrated information system to manage energy sales

Project goals

The main goal of this project is a development of a program to modernize the IT infrastructure of the enterprise and ensure:

  • Improving business manageability and transparency;
  • Aligning the corporate strategy of the enterprise with the development strategy of the IT structure;
  • Identifying effective ways of development of the IT structure of RUSENERGOSBYT LLC;
  • Improving the operational efficiency of the enterprise;
  • Reducing the cost of supporting an integrated information system, including maintaining the current state of data provision tools, reporting forms, analytical tools, user interfaces, as well as inter-program integration tools, balancing the operation of disparate systems.

  • Analysis of customer's business processes;
  • Audit of existing information systems;
  • Systematization and prioritization of requirements for a new information system;
  • Identification of bottlenecks in the IT structure of RUSENERGOSBYT LLC;
  • Development of recommendations for troubleshooting information systems;
  • Development and approval of the most effective options for further development of the integrated information system of RUSENERGOSBYT LLC.

Project results

Borlas Group agreed the strategy to implement information system, including:

  • Development of requirements for information system components for each of the main business processes of the company;
  • Formation of a plan to implement an information system with an assessment of the required time, financial, material and human resources under various options for arranging work.
