Automated utilities control platform

The automated control platform is designed for continuous process control of distributed utilities systems of buildings and individual premises. The solution ensures the creation of a digital intelligent utilities control model, reduces resource consumption and operating expenses for maintaining the utilities of facilities through the development and implementation of modern methods for remote collection and centralized analysis of information.

Key components of the solution and features

  • Automated system “Intelligent Infrastructure Maintenance Control” (AS IIMC):
    • Unified monitoring system for controlled objects;
    • Implementation of technological processes for collecting, aggregating and processing information from connected systems and equipment;
    • Automated or manual response to events.
  • Access control system (ACS):
    • Integration of AS IIMC with the facility ACS system;
    • Analysis of events recorded by the system and information on the technical condition of the ACS modules;
    • Employee profiles exchange with the ACS controller supplements the ACS system with a biometric facial recognition subsystem.
  • Video analytics subsystem (VAS)
    • VAS is a part of the AS IIMC platform deployed at the facility;
    • Processing video streams from digital IP cameras and generating event stream;
    • The event stream is registered by the AS IIMC platform and correlated with the logic of controlled workflow.
  • Fire alarm system (FAS).
    • Integration of AS IIMC with the facility FAS using RS232, RS485 (MODBUS), USB2.0;
    • Collection of FAS-registered events and their correlation with controlled workflow by AS IIMC.
  • Facility heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system
    • The AS IIMC platform is integrated with the HVAC system at the level of controller interaction using industrial protocols over standard RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet interfaces.
    • AS IIMC collects key events about the HVAC system technical condition and manages the operating modes.
  • Facility automatic system for technical accounting of power consumption
    • Integration of AS IIMC with the facility automatic system for technical accounting of power consumption, or with electricity meters. The main communication interface is RS485(MODBUS), it is also possible to operate under the IEC 104 protocol over the Ethernet interface.
  • Closed circuit television (CCTV)
    • AS IIMC platform is integrated with the facility closed circuit television system to manage video streams and archived video/audio recordings for automated video reports preparation.
    • The AS IIMC platform has the necessary functionality to display video streams from NVR\DVR or directly from CCTV cameras. The AS IIMC platform collects key CCTV events about the technical state of the system, when events are registered by the VAS subsystem, it displays the corresponding video stream on the operator's screen;
    • The platform is integrated through the Ethernet \ HTTPS \ HTTP \ RTP \ RTSP interfaces.
  • Centralized access control and management to infrastructure facilities;
  • Centralized control of scheduled and shift briefings with recording their completion and identifying the employee;
  • Automatic escalations to managers of relevant departments about critical events at the control facility;
  • Building an evidence base regarding the quality of work performed by outsourcing providers for the purpose of complaints.
