T-FLEX Dynamics. Motion analysis

T-FLEX Dynamics application is a software module integrated into T-FLEX CAD system that makes it possible to perform dynamic calculations and analyze spatial mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.).

Key features:

  • The program inference engine takes into account the mass-inertial characteristics of the 3D model;
  • Using a special object of the Motion Analysis model: system elements, loads, gravity direction, friction forces, temporal characteristics of the simulated process;
  • To study the results in the system, special elements are used, Sensors, that measure the relative position or relative speed of any points of the model, coordinates, linear and angular velocities, accelerations, reaction forces in hinges, forces in springs etc.;
  • The user can set the contact properties of materials (coefficients of friction, recovery, etc.) for the most natural modeling of mechanical systems;
  • Implementation of the user's interactive influence on the calculation process using a manipulator;
  • Calculation of the model by frames with simultaneous display of the results on the screen.
