Favo Web. Operational reliability monitoring system

FavoWeb is an expert system for analyzing the reliability of a product in operation powered by FRACAS (failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system) methodology.

The solution provides for the construction of a closed cycle of collection, registration, search for causes and analysis of failures, the development of coordinated solutions to eliminate malfunctions of the product, its assemblies and components, as well as efficiency control of the corrective measures taken to prevent the recurrence of failures.

The application of this solution is a necessary component in the development of an integrated product quality management system.

Key features of the solution:

  • Collecting and structuring initial data, results, administering the terms of processing procedures that provide analysis of inconsistencies identified in product operation;
  • Support for the FRACAS methodology—implementation of a set of interrelated procedures:
    • Collecting information about the reliability of products in operation;
    • Performing fault analysis;
    • Analysis of the effectiveness of corrective actions and their impact on operational reliability indicators.
  • Possibility to receive initial (field) data via e-mail and SMS;
  • Administering the composition of each instance of the product;
  • Integration with RAM Commander to automate the transfer of accumulated operational information;
  • Exporting / importing data to other databases such as MS Access and MS Excel;
  • Ensuring user access to the system via the web interface.

Key benefits of the solution:

  • Improving the level of product fault safety due to a systematic approach to reliability analysis;
  • The possibility to eliminate the causes of nonconformities in operation at the early stages of their occurrence and identify trends in the appearance of failures;
  • Enhancing product reliability by improving product design, manufacturing, logistics, and operation.
