Power management hardware and software complex

Power management hardware and software complex is Borlas Group's own development designed to control changes and compensate for the quality of consumed power. The solution implementation significantly increases the service life of power-intensive equipment, provides an additional tool for legal protection of the company's interests and normalization of production cycles by recording power quality parameters.

The solution key components and features:

The hardware and software complex includes a power saving device, a settlement complex and a network of meters for electricity quality control and commercial accounting (SchMK96 and SchMK120S).

  • The primary level of the hardware and software complex are power quality control devices. These are modern multifunctional analyzers designed to continuously measure and record the parameters of three-phase AC networks, as well as indicators of the power quality and control their compliance with the regulatory framework in force in the Russian Federation;
  • The secondary level is units for compensating negative factors, for example, power surges in the network. These devices assume the possibility of parallel connection of several units. At the same time, the power of parallel operating units may vary (increasing the power of compensators to the required values);
  • The top level is a centralized system to collect, analyze and display data. The complex seamlessly integrates with electricity quality control meters of domestic and foreign manufacturers (the system is powered by Russian software).

Key benefits:

  • Single solution that combines the most effective power saving methods;
  • Measuring devices of the complex are included in the Russian State Register of Measuring Instruments;
  • Improved balancing of load currents by phases, compensation of phase imbalance;
  • Increasing the power factor and reducing the loss of currents on the supply lines;
  • Reducing the level of high-frequency distortion;
  • Improving the quality of consumed electricity;
  • Extending the useful life of equipment;
  • Reducing the cost of maintenance and repair of equipment;
  • Saving electricity and money.
