Project summary

The project uses a solution fueled by Avaya Aura R8 unified communications platform. The equipment is deployed in two locations—Solikamsk and Berezniki. Each location has a failure proof core located in the data center and media gateways at territorial facilities, providing connection of existing trunk lines and subscribers. Implemented local failure reliability in communications disruption between the territorial object and the core.

The total capacity of the system is nine thousand subscribers.

Here are the functions supported:

  • Telephone communication;
  • Conference call (audio, video, presentations);
  • Call center;
  • Call recording;
  • Billing.

Analogue, digital, IP telephones and software clients installed on computers and mobile devices are used as subscriber terminals.

  • Supply of hardware and software;
  • Release of project documentation;
  • Installation of equipment in the data center;
  • Commissioning;
  • Acceptance testing.

  • Developing a centralized solution infrastructure with redundant network core;

  • In the face of the pandemic, the functionality of the unified communications system ensured a rapid transition to remote mode and support for efficient collaboration of employees.
