Developing unified automated system to manage enterprise resources

Goznak JSC and Borlas Group announce the launch of a large-scale project for development and implementation of corporate information system to manage Goznak enterprise resources powered by 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 and 1C: Holding Management solutions.

On November 18, 2019, Borlas Group won the bid to host the project on development of corporate information system to manage Goznak JSC resources through open tendering (co-executors: Aksioma and Gigabyte companies).

The project involves the comprehensive automation of major operations of Goznak JSC: business accounting and operational planning of production and procurement, warehouse inventory control and treasury transactions.

It also provides for the integration with local information systems of Goznak branches.

The project plans to automate the directorate of Goznak JSC, as well as eight branches of the enterprise:

  • Moscow Mint;
  • Moscow Printing Factory;
  • Moscow Goznak printing House;
  • St. Petersburg Paper Mill;
  • St. Petersburg Mint;

The project will become one of the major implementations of 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.

The initial stage of the project currently specifies the functional and technical requirements.
